In the presence of The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, unveiled the UAE Government Strategy, the core message of which is to ensure sustainable development and a high quality of life for all UAE nationals. The UAE Government Strategy is expected to take the Arab world's second biggest economy and the most competitive Arab country to its next level of excellence by 2010.

The Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Prime Minister and Vice President, and Ruler of Dubai, on the 3rd of February, 2007. The Dubai Strategic Plan (DSP), launched under the theme "Dubai...Where The Future Begins", sets out a strategic approach to develop the emirate's most dynamic economic sectors.

Under the wise guidance of our leadership, all ministries, departments, government agencies, semi government and other organizations, businesses, professionals, consultants, employees and others are the stakeholders of this plan.

The objectives of the strategic plan can not be achieved without restructuring many of UAE’s existing institutional practices. Apart from offering information on best practices, this conference also provides insights on the criteria against which performance needs to be measured. Key topic includes selecting criteria for the ICT National Master Plan, Project Management Strategies, Workforce and Skills Development and others.
